This kit includes the Intermodal Strap® XL—manufactured from a high-strength engineered resin for superior durability and performance—paired with 1-1/4″ AAR-approved banding, conveniently coiled and tied directly to the handle for fast installation. When the strap remains undamaged and its integrity is maintained, the Intermodal Strap XL can be reused, helping reduce material waste while supporting consistent, reliable securement. For optimal performance, secure utilizing BKB8 buckles (recommended). By combining a robust, reusable anchor with compliant banding, the Intermodal Strap® Kit XL helps streamline securement, reduce setup time, and maintain consistency across rail and intermodal operations.
