The Logistick Loadbar Removal Tool XL is engineered to make unloading faster, safer, and more efficient—especially when removing our Loadbar Wide and Loadbar XL systems. Just like the original, it delivers simple pry-and-go operation without the need for additional tools such as safety knives, prybars, or forklifts.
But this version takes performance even further.
The XL model is 10 inches longer, providing significantly increased leverage and requiring 33% less removal force compared to the original Loadbar Removal Tool, making Loadbar removal safer with less physical effort. Its redesigned inset “F”-fork joints eliminate traditional weld points, making the tool more robust and preventing weld breakage during heavy use. Constructed from thicker-gauge, powder-coated steel tubing, the Loadbar Removal Tool XL offers double the strength of the original tool—ideal for demanding unloading environments.
To use, simply position the forks over your fully assembled Loadbar system and pull away from the wall to release it from the trailer or container. The ergonomic, extended handle maximizes leverage and control, ensuring safe removal without the need to score channels or use auxiliary pry tools.
