XL Floor Brace

Logistick’s Floor Brace ® XL is an innovative cargo securement system that offers a sustainable and reusable alternative to treated lumber. Recognized by the Association of American Railroads (AAR), it is designed to block and brace freight in trailers and containers with wood floors. Manufactured manufactured with a custom engineered material and is 50% stronger than the Floor Brace, making it great for medium to heavy weight loads. The Floor Brace ® XL prevents both pallet and non-palletized freight from shifting during transport. For ease of installation, our custom duplex Floor Brace Nails (available for separate purchase) enable you to set up the system in 30 seconds or less using a palm nailer. Depending on the load configuration and weight, multiple Floor Braces are recommended per pallet or non-palletized freight to ensure maximum stability. This system not only enhances the security of your cargo but also contributes to environmental sustainability by eliminating the need for treated lumber in international shipments.
