Logistick’s COVID-19 Update
03/23/2020
During these difficult and unprecedented times, we all have the responsibility to do what we can to keep our associates and neighbors safe. The employees at Logistick, Inc. take this seriously and that is why we are working diligently to do our part to support the transportation and distribution infrastructure. Logistick products are used on a daily basis to protect the valuable commodities shipped by our partners, but also, and more importantly, to protect those loading, unloading and transporting those products.
In response to the travel restrictions placed on certain areas of the Country, including those restricted to “Shelter in Place” orders, please note:
“Per the State of Indiana Executive Order 20~08 and U.S. Department of Homeland Security CISA Version 1.1, Logistick, Inc. is classified as Essential Business to Infrastructure and Critical to the Transportation & Logistics, Distribution and Supply Chain Industries.”
Logistick, Inc. intends to remain in full operation during the Indiana “Stay-at-Home” order in effect from March 23, 2020 until April 7, 2020. In accordance with guidance from government and public health authorities to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, partners and their families, Logistick has rolled out a robust contingency plan, including, but not limited to the following:
- Social Distancing
- Remote work capabilities for high risk and need based Team members
- Temporary suspension of all business travel
- Self-quarantine of any employee who has traveled to an area of high risk
- Temporarily limited all non-essential visitors to our Corporate Office
- Nightly sterilization of all public and high traffic areas
- Established and regularly maintain numerous hand sanitization areas
Again, a special note of appreciation goes out to all of our partners and employees, we hope all of you and your families stay healthy and safe throughout this event.
Thank you and best regards,
